Poor Quality

Typically I have been happy with the products that I have ordered from you guys with the exception of my last purchase. The images were great but the craftsmanship on the recent order of buttons was terrible. Most of the buttons were not aligned with the artwork or text. We have buttons that when faced right side up the pin is either upside down or sideways. We order separate buttons and the issue is throughout each lot. I think some form of quality control before items ship would be a good idea. Thanks for allowing me to provide some feedback
