I gave you size dimensions for the logo and you ignored my request.

I ordered the same design shirt a few months ago and I was a little bummed the logo was so big, so I decided I would NEVER wear it and just hang it in my closet, maybe give it to someone some day and just order another. Well on June 29 I ordered another. I SPECIFICALLY said “I would like the logo to be a little smaller from the last one I ordered. Can you make it 11” x 10.5 ?” Well guess what? I got my shirt today and it’s NOT what I asked for. The logo is to BIG again and NOT the dimensions I specified in the approval stage. NOW I have ANOTHER shirt I won’t EVER wear. Here let me just put gas on my money and light it on fire because it’s like ordering a t-shirt from Sticker Mule. WHY WAS MY REQUEST IGNORED?? SUPER disappointed !!!
