disappointing

First of all, their stickers are amazing and really the best in quality I've seen. Their customer service is always prompt and great as well. But I just received my order of these acrylic pins and I'm really disappointed. A couple of them arrived broken (which happens, I'm sure) but what's worse is the quality of the pins. The acrylic is rough around the edges and the backing pins are all off-center (some significantly) and wonky, in general. I would not order the pins again.
