Disappointed

I am disappointed by my order as I thought from the proof the color of my sticker would be black and instead it is a reddish brown. After my third back and forth on the proof I just approved instead of continuing to ask questions and clarifications. I have purchased products from them before and have been pleased, however this order definitely does not meet my expectations and will probably end up in my garbage.
