My 2nd order of pins

My first order of pins had some cracks and dents and I had to sell most of them at a discount at my shop. I had someone from support to reach out and wanted to help me with my order and to make sure this didnt happen again to me. Though I really do appreciate the help and my order was remade and sent to me... I had the same issues. Some cracks, imperfections and quality that I can not sell full price to my customers. 5 out of 10 pins I will have to sell at a discount. Now this could very well be my design, that the cut may be too hard on what machines they are using or maybe the size that i ordered is too small for my design to be made on. The only issue I have is with the pins. I had ordered keychains and they came out perfect. Shipping is fast and the pins are in great packaging. I do list the imperfect pins on my shop and show pictures and be clear about the imperfections and my customers won't buy them. Even with a discount the imperfect pins are not getting sold so far. Not saying this will be for anyone/everyones order. This was just my experience
