Great stickers - delivery was a nightmare

All the positivity is towards Sticker Mule and the quality of their printing for the stickers. These cute little holographic stickers are perfect and their customer service team were punctual and very helpful. However it was the delivery were things fall apart. UPS were responsible for delivering my order and on multiple days failed to deliver the parcel. The reasoning was our business was closed. This was not true as we are open 7 days a week. I had to contact Sticker Mule customer support who responded quickly and offered a replacement order which would also be delivered by UPS. If it was a review solely on the stickers themselves it would be 5/5 every time, however, the delivery is part of the ordering and so it has to bring the rating down as these were delivered late and cost me business. I would order again, but with the inconsistency in the delivery I would have to order far more in advance.
