Quality of acrylic isn't the greatest

My daughter received her batch of acrylic charms and the material is cloudy after peeling off the protective layer of plastic film. Edges are sharp and not smooth and the cutting of the design isn't smooth. One side of the charms is a white film which I assume has the image printed on it. It's easy to scratch. StickerMule does stickers exceptionally well, but the acrylic charms lack a professional appearance and feel.
