not quite what I hoped for - and then quickly resolved!

We've ordered several times and this was a new item. It was processed and shipped quickly but wasn't quite what I hoped for. Shortly after delivery I received a follow up email to which I replied with my concerns and within a couple hours it was resolved - over the top customer service, highly recommended without reservation and we will continue to use them for any needs Sticker Mule can handle for us!
