What happened? Proof was wrong, then corrected, final product showed up as the incorrrect proof.

I've used Sticker Mule in the past with great success and anticipated the same this time. When the proof showed up, it was missing the border of the image we supplied. Sticker Mule corrected it, sent a second proof that was fixed, and I approved it. Today the samples showed up and are the original, incorrect proof. Very bummed. These samples were to test. Now, I don't dare order the full follow up order for fear they won't show up looking like the proof.
