Reprint A** on service recovery

I received my initial order of 500 buttons in prompt fashion and was completely happy with the buttons, but somehow the order was short by two buttons. I let sticker mule know I didn’t expect anything other than just scratching my head how I could end up with 498 buttons. They offered to replace which I thought was generous, but to do a production run for two buttons seemed unnecessary however they not only replace the two buttons. They did a run of 10 and it shipped so quickly that it was in my hands within a couple of days and ahead of my event. What started as a question whether I could rely on sticker mule for future orders now has solidly affirmed that I will be a return customer - thank you.!
