We post a new deal every week. Deals are available for a limited time and cannot be applied to orders retroactively after the deal expires. To ensure everyone can take advantage of our great deals, we allow the promotion to be applied once per customer. The promo link offers a fixed-rate discount. It is not always possible to modify promotional items without affecting the discounted price. If you choose to make changes to the size or product offered, the cost will be adjusted accordingly. For example, increasing the size of a promotional item will increase the total cost. If your order contains a promotional item and is canceled, you can resume it at any point within 30 days of the promotion's expiration, and still enjoy the discounted price.
Yes! The language and currency shown on our website will reflect your current location. If needed, you can change this by clicking the language and currency link in the footer.
Acrylic charms: No. Buttons: Yes. Coasters: The pulpboard itself is fully recyclable, but whether the coasters can be recycled depends on what type of de-inking process your local recycler uses. We recommend asking your recycler if they accept UV ink printed paper to confirm. Floor graphics: No. Flyers: Yes. Labels: Our labels are made from polypropylene and are 100% recyclable. The label backing is not considered recyclable. Magnets: Although magnets are not commercially recyclable, be sure to check with your local recycling center for possible alternatives. And before tossing, always consider the options to reuse, repurpose, and re-gift! Poly Mailers: Our poly mailers are made with 100% polyethylene material and are identified by recycling code 4, and the symbol is printed on the right side of the bag. Posters: Yes. Fully recyclable paper. Bubble mailers: No. The outer material is 100% polyethylene, but the inner is a blend of LDPE and PP, and plastic blends are oftentimes not recyclable. Packaging tape: The tape itself is made with virgin kraft, not recycled material. It can be considered recyclable if it is on a box. However, the tape cannot be recycled bulk-wise as there are fiberglass strands in the tape for reinforcement. Stand up pouches: No. Stickers: Our stickers, including the paper liners, aren't recyclable as paper material. We suggest checking with local recycling centers for options for recycling vinyl. Some centers will repurpose and recycle vinyl, but it's not always accepted by municipal recycling programs. T-shirts: Yes. Wall graphics: Yes. Rigid yard signs: They are made from 4 mm fluted polypropylene plastic substrate (Corrugated Plastic), produced from a high-impact polypropylene copolymer, and are recyclable. Recycle Code 5. The stakes are a 9-gauge wire U-top. A scrap metal yard would be able to process the material.

Yes, you can migrate your orders by updating your email address. Go to your account summary, click Change your email and then enter your new email address. You'll need to enter a valid email that isn't currently in use. Now, all prior orders will be associated with the new email address. If you have orders spread out across multiple accounts, please contact us.
While we're unable to design your sticker from scratch, we offer a free, self-guided design tool called Studio where you can use templates to customize your design with a variety of fonts, embellishments and free images. You can also use your own images when designing. Apply your final design to one of our products instantly. If you have an existing design, we can make minor changes to it during proofing if requested (for example: we could add your website address or modify a border). Learn more about what changes we can make to your proof here. Vector artwork (.ai or .eps) is preferable if you need us to modify your design as it's the easiest to manipulate. If a vector version of your artwork is not available, then we recommend providing us with the highest resolution version of your artwork. The higher the quality of your artwork, the more likely we will be able to help you make adjustments. If we are unable to make the adjustments you require during proofing, then you will have the option to cancel your order at no cost.
While we do not offer wholesale pricing, we offer discounts based on each order's specifications, which are shown in the cart. We want to be fair to all of our customers, so we built discounts into a pricing algorithm that uses each unique design's product, style, size, and quantity to calculate your costs. The more you order of a particular design, the cheaper each unit becomes. We also offer free artwork setup, unlimited proof revisions, discounts for multiple designs, fast turnaround, weekly promotions, and free shipping. Sticker Mule automatically calculates savings for you based on the total size of your order. The larger your order, the larger your discount. We do not provide additional coupons or manual discounts. This allows us to give fair pricing to all of our customers and provide the best customer service and product possible. Additionally, we provide discounts for orders with multiple designs.
If you would like to stop receiving our newsletter or features/deals emails, an unsubscribe link is included at the end of every email we send so that you can opt out of future emails. You can also manage your subscriptions right from your account. Just head over to the Notifications tab to customize. Please note that you will continue to receive transactional emails and order updates. These emails are necessary for you to approve proofs, receive invoices, and get shipping notifications. If you have any questions or believe you're still receiving marketing emails after unsubscribing please contact us, and we'll be happy to help you!
You can update your email address by going to this link. A verification code will then be sent to the email address you currently use with us. Once the verification code is confirmed, you'll be able to log in with your new email address. All prior orders will be associated with the new email address. If you are unable to access your current email address, please contact our support team for help.
You can upload files as large as 20mb when ordering or during proofing. For larger files, we offer an option for you to skip the upload step and email artwork after ordering. We're only able to accept email attachments up to 20mb in size, but you can share your larger file using a service such as Dropbox, Zight or Google Drive.
The easiest way to remove old stickers is by hand. Our material is durable and will not split into multiple pieces. Most stickers have a strong adhesive, but will come up when removed with force. If there is residue remaining, you may try an adhesive remover such as Rapid Remover to help. Rapid Remover is intended to remove adhesive easily and without the mess. Yes. To start the process of deleting your account, click here. Before you do, please note: Deletion is permanent. You will lose access to all data, including your order history, artworks, store credit, online store, Studio designs, commissions, and teams. Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered. You can’t delete your account while you have orders in progress. If you just want to stop receiving emails or texts, you don’t need to delete your account. You can either: Log in and manage your notifications. Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email you receive. Reply STOP to any SMS you receive. If you’d like a copy of your data before deleting your account, you can submit a data access request. A response will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
