Mindee sunflower iron on

The quality is fantastic; however, we asked for Navy, and when ironed on, this is very much royal blue. It looks like navy before it is transferred, and then it turns to blue. It does not look right on the shirt. Have tried to find a way to share this feedback directly (not publicly) to re-order and can't find on the site. We would reorder if we could get the color right!

I know this was a 4x4 graphic (square only option) but I thought the relative dimensions would stay the same and just have white space where there was no graphic. Instead they stretched my somewhat rectangular image into a square. I reviewed the proof but it was hard to tell the proportions in the proof.
