Love the clear stickers I ordered. Thick feel and deep black logo. Last order was excellent also. Still running my coffee mug with the sticker through the dishwasher.

VERY difficult to remove the backing and not die cut

I thought I ordered die cut stickers to be trimmed around my words/artwork as I had in my proof. But, I got a rectangular sticker. Also, the backing is VERY difficult to remove!! Their "help" said they don't do backslits and I should have ordered kiss cut. Ummmm. Why is that not standard and I don't recall every seeing that option. Hopefully the review helps others to get things like this address...
