This has a pretty unique flavor.  I liken it to a mix between Tabasco and a sweet chili sauce.  The vinegar is a little stronger then I generally like in my hot sauces but it isn't overwhelming.  You can definitely taste the cane and brown sugar as well.  I am not familiar with all of the peppers they use but they do seem to have a bit of a smokey flavor which I think works quite well with the hint of sweetness.  Overall, I think it is a pretty good hot sauce and will definitely at it to my hot sauce rotation.
