Not what I ordered

Brandy Outlaw

This experience was not awesome. I just want a sticker that looks like the approved proof... I should not have to worry about how it happens. That what I'm paying you for. The sticker was way darker then the approved image... I started the return process. Instead of correcting it they just washed the whole thing out and sent it to be printed. The dog is Black not Grey! I didn't even approve the reprint, I just confirmed my shipping address and they sent me 300 more terrible stickers. This comment from customer service makes me angry. I should not be the one responsible for making the adjustment. That is 100% on you! If you can't match the approved proof then it's not my issue. "It's good to keep in mind that printed ink will be naturally darker than screen colors. " This was in the next email as if explaining more about colors is going to make you less responsible for not printing it correctly. "For reference, screens use the RGB (red, green, blue) color model, which creates color using light. Printers use the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color model, which creates color using transparent pigments. The RGB color model can create more colors that are often "brighter" because of the properties of light. CMYK can produce most—but not all—of the colors in the RGB color model. The chart here represents the limits of the two spectrums. 🌈" I'm surprised at this approach rather than taking responsibility for the issue they are experiencing me to be an expert at printing.
