Sadly, this boat missed

...or is it, this one missed the boat? Regardless, I chose to buy this sticker here because no one told me that the brilliant blue I wanted for my square sticker was impossible to recreate. In fact, Sticker Mule has yet to say that, however the finished product came to me was a dull looking purple and not this wonderful blue. They wanted me to send a pic of the sticker (a pic that any filter could make dull purple if it suited me). I invite Sticker Mule to recreate the image themselves in exactly the manner in which they created MY stack of stickers and compare it to the downloaded blue that I provided. The issue would be immediately apparent. The image I provided and the sticker they create will be two different images. That would give them every bit of information they need to resolve the issue. I'll be standing by to see how this gets handled.
