I guess I'm the mule here...

Unbeknownst to me, perhaps I missed that memo where it states artwork will be resized to fit. I created a label to fit my product jars and centered it on the 3x3 label size ordered. Proof looked good so I approved. Then noticed in follow up email from the Mule that my art was resized to maximize the print area. Reached out to CS with request to not resize, was denied and eventually given a $10 credit on a non-existent next order because I won't be ordering anything from the Mule moving forward.
