Love the labels... but the Customer Service is why I come back!

The label came out great, but the Customer Service is what impressed me the most about this order. UPS delivered my package to the wrong address and when I reported it to the company, their response was immediate, and they were willing to reprint and send out the labels without hesitation. I ended up finding out where the labels were left and went myself to get them, so package saved! Thank you, Kim, for your fast response and amazing customer service.
