Oriantation of the backside matters

In the picture the needle/pin is set propperly, with the needle being paralel with the printed text, on the top third of the button. What I recieved shows that the buttons are punched/pressed indiscriminantly at any and all angles. It's a sign of sloppy work. Also the red text cameout much darker than I expected.
