Not the background I asked for with multiple attempts

I asked for a frosted glass background and received gray colored. I asked multiple times during the proofing process and they still came gray. I wish the proofing process was easier to speak back and forth. I’m disappointed in the result but the stickers are printed well and would order again if there was a clear proofing process
