oops... was it me?

I thought I was reordering my previous order of 1.5" buttons. I only glanced at the on-line proof, noticing that it was the correct art, but not the size, because why would that change? Anyway they look good, but I wanted the smaller 1.5" size. The prompt below only gives me two choices of "would you order again YES of NO"... seems like there should be a "MAYBE" option. Thank you.
