Brilliant way to get branding for mailers.

I had this tape printed horizontally to cut off single labels to stick on packages being mailed out. They work great. Strong water activated glue. The only problem is they make it look like a smooth printed tape but it's not. It has string running through the layers of the tape which gives it a textured look. This is misrepresented in the proof which simply shows you a flat white strip of material. It's also not really postal white tape, it's a little off white which unfortunately makes the edges obvious on flat rate packages. A faux pas to be sure. Had I known these flaws in the product I would have inverted the graphics to make the text white and the tape the logo color so it's at least framed correctly. Or maybe they can figure out how to make white flat surface postal white tape as advertised. It's not rocket science, but no telling where this is coming from and if they can really make clean smooth white material in those manufacturing centers. Will I order more tape, maybe yes, but probably differently to compensate for their quality problems.
