Hard to remove from roll

Labels look good, but are VERY difficult to remove from the roll, often times taring off part of the paper backing with the sticker. We need to be able to remove labels quickly and these slow us down too much. We tried with with a dispenser and without and either way they are VERY difficult to remove from the backing
