I love the service here! It was great getting feedback on my proofs before the order was placed. Being a new company, I am still learning which fonts and font size work best for labels. I got my order two days earlier than expected and I’m so happy with it! I ordered sticker labels and they are PERFECT. My labels have a teeny tiny font size - like size 4 - and they look amazing!! The person working on my order turned my file into a vector image so they could be resized without getting blurry. I was skeptical that it would work but they look great. My labels look great, however, the orientation is incorrect even after I edited the proof by changing the orientation. I can not use a label machine with the orientation that was sent & that poses an issue for me. My previous order had the correct orientation so I don’t understand
