How long does the design service process take?

The process has two main steps:

1. Review period (up to 72 hours): The designer reviews your request and decides whether to approve or decline it.

2. Design period (up to 72 hours after approval): Once approved, the designer completes the work and uploads the final files.

If revisions are requested, the designer has 72 hours to review the revision request and, if approved, 72 hours to complete the revision request.

If the designer is late, the request is cancelled automatically, and a refund will be issued.
