What kinds of messages can I respond to in Reply?

Message queues in [Reply](https://www.stickermule.com/reply) help you keep your conversations organized and easy to manage. Each queue shows messages based on their status, so you always know what's new, what's in progress, and what's done.

- __New__: Fresh messages that haven't been assigned or replied to yet.
- __Mine__: Threads assigned to you personally.
- __Open__: All open threads (assigned or not).
- __Resolved__: Replied threads that are complete. If a customer responds again, the thread automatically reopens and reassigns to the previous handler.
