The pins are amazing, but I have to give it 3 stars because the colors looked faded. They didn't look as vibrant as my digital design.

This was part of a larger order and a few had what looked like jigsaw nicks making them unsellable. Customer Service responded to my email within minutes, and shipped out replacements for all the damaged pins and shipped them out immediatlely. The new pins arrived withing 3 days and were perfect. After an initial order I was really impressed with how well the pins turned out so I commited to making several more of different characters.
