I’m disappointed, but I really don’t want to be!!!

I’ve ordered labels from StickerMule before using another account and I unfortunately experienced print quality issues when I received my orders. Customer service was really nice about the issues and even sent me replacements. Since I ordered a different product from them this time around (the keychains), I took a chance and thought the print quality might be better overall since it’s a completely different item. When I got my package, I opened a box full of dull keychains. Similar to the labels I ordered previously, the keychains were a different color from the proofs that I approved of. I thought it might’ve been one or two keychains that might’ve come out a bit worse than the rest which is sometimes expected, but all of them were unsatisfactory. It’s almost as though their printers can’t handle the vividness of the images they’re sent. I want to support the company sooo badly because I love their branding and love how their customer service handles issues, but this is the third time I’ve experienced this problem and I don’t think I would recommend them to anyone unless they’re in desperate need of the items that StickerMule offers. I have to be honest and also say that if I was in a pinch, I would reorder them simply because they offer cheap custom keychains. The price was really affordable though! (And now I see why.)
