It took a few rounds of proofs but the final one I accepted looked fine, when the mailers showed up the artwork had shifted downwards quite a bit in a way that none of the proofs had shown and the purple strip from the back is wrapping around to the front

I have contacted customer service regarding what was sent to us; however, no one has contacted us. The mailer's design was not correct, and the quality was horrible. They are coming apart from the sides, and they break quickly—my worst nightmare.
