Not A Good Batch

I usually love these. It’s now my 4th or 5th time ordering these for my coffee company. I pack my coffee bags inside and ship virtually anywhere. This batch seems to have a smaller inside dimension and my bags don’t fit this time. It looks like the heat seal on the left side (looking at it from the back) is much larger than the heat seal on the right side making my inside dimensions smaller than usual. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to use these and hope I can get a refund. Yes, I’d still order again and hope this was just a fluke in mfg. like I said, it’s my 4th or 5th time and I really have liked them in the past.
