Ink bleeds, kinda a failure if you're putting it on a human

I've ordered quite a few products from Sticker Mule, and they've all been good until now. Tried one of these temporary tattoos, and within two hours the black ink began to bleed and discolor into pink and green. Not sure if these have ever been used before.
