Amazing Customer Service

Having ordered several pins previously and being very happy with the quality I placed the order for these and the first round delivered to me were very washed out and low contrast and about 1/4 of my order featured what looked like jigsaw scratches making them unsellable. Customer Service was utterly AMAZING and helped replaced the damaged pin and printed out several more test pins until we found the right saturation levels. The final round of pins delivered were perfect and I am so appreciative of the customer service team's attention to making things right. NOTE: If you are submitting a design that is low contrast, or mostly white make sure you submit a note with your artwork about your concern. If you can give them a chance to advise you on color levels or to print out a test it will save you and them a lot of trouble and wasted materials.
