Why did you write Blue Tiffany&Co on the tape? When we placed the order, the mention was to help you match the color, not to write on the packaging tape directly! We had to throw the tape in the garbage and we want a refund.

La verdad que algo que debría ser agil de aplicar y facilitar el embalaje, se convierte en un proceso lento y tedioso, por no hablar de lo poco fiable que parece. No se si en paquete pequeñitos puede ser mejor, pero desde luego para cajas algo grandes, como es mi caso, de 90cm de largo, es un infierno poder poner la cinta. Tienes que mojarla mucho para que realmente se active el pegamento, y claro... Más información
