I've been a customer for a while now and usually I have no issues with quality. However, there were scratches and chips on 45% of my order this past month. Not sure what's going on but I must admit that I was disappointed with the lack of consistency in the quality of my order.

from what i saw on the website, I had imagined the magnets for these items would be much larger. this was a bit of a dissapointment. Would be cool if one could also choose the size of the magnet used.

Delighted with my order. The magnets are individually protected with a blue removable film to protect against surface scratches while in transit & very securely packaged. Top quality product.
