Why didn't my ID verification work?

ID verification is not required for Commissions payouts. However, it is required if you'd like to receive an ID Verification badge.

ID verification may fail for several reasons:

• You're not located in the US, Canada, or Mexico.

• Your ID is expired or isn't an accepted form of identification.

• Your selfie doesn't match your ID photo.

• Your ID has already been verified on another account. Only one account can be verified at a time.

You have 24 hours to complete verification and can make up to 5 attempts.
