Good and spicy, though a bit sweet

I'm always looking for a great tasting sauce that is really good and spicy. Mule Sauce does not disappoint! It's really good and has some really solid heat for the average person. My only criticism is that it is sweeter than I would like for most uses. I will keep using it until it's gone! But I do look forward to a savory version that goes where sweet doesn't work as well. This sauce kicks ass! Great job!
