I was pleased with how easy the ordering process was, but was not 100% happy with the overall quality.  The stickers have a "fuzzy" look and not as crisp as I was hoping for.

Update: Although the sticker quality was not exactly what I was hoping for, the level of customer service that I received from Chrisi was fantastic. She worked with me to seek out solutions in a very timely manner. This level of customer service is exactly what one would hope for, but few companies seem to offer. Good on you, Sticker Mule.
