Disappointed

After receiving my acrylic charm I noticed they were way lighter than the actually proof. When addressing this concern they tried to give me a small discount to remake the order. I felt that the printing mistake was on them and they did not make it right. Therefore, I warn you to not order unless you are willing take the chance that the order might not be up to your standard and they won’t refund.
