Help I ordered 2,000 circle stickers but got the labels instead!

I love Sticker Mule and was stunned to open the box and find all the custom circle stickers on label rolls instead of individual stickers. We use them as exhibit giveaways, and now I am in a flux trying to see how we can adapt. Is this anyway to modify the order to what I need? I have always enjoyed my previous orders, they are all custom stickers, never the labels. What happened???
