Cut Off Lower Edge of Table

The image itself came out well yet it was trimmed too high on the lower edge causing a small part of the text to be cut off along with the entire lower border of the table. I'm not sure why this was as I try to be as precise as possible when converting between imperial and metric measurements. Given how millimetres are more precise than inches, I can't see how this could have happened unless there had been a misestimation of how much space needed to be left for trimming the edges (possibly on my part). However, as the proof sent me appeared fine, I was not expecting there to be any problem.
