Color not quite right

I had these stickers printed elsewhere previously and the color on those was spot on. I gave the same file to sticker mule and they were much darker. I was I could upload a photo here. It's pretty different. We're going to still use the new ones but probably won't order those from you again. Ironically, we also ordered a different sticker from you the same day (second time ordering) and those were perfect.
