Natasha WilliamsWell, I'm not really satisfied because I was working with Customer Service to get a die cut pin and when I got my shipment it was acrylic pin. They told me in emails that we could switch to the die cut and since I couldn't find it on the website, they put them in the cart for me so that I could process my purchase.

I am a little disappointed. I ordered the same acrylic pins on 21 September in a much smaller quantity. They were fine back then, as I expected. But the latest order doesn't meet the same quality standards. Firstly, a total of four pins are missing and secondly, five pins are damaged. The damaged ones have broken needles or broken stickers under the needles. The quality of the undamaged needles is...
