How does gifting a Store item work?

Gift lets you send a Store item to someone by email or SMS. The recipient does not need a Sticker Mule account.

To send a gift:

1. Select Send as a gift from the Store item page.

2. Enter the recipient's email address and complete checkout.

3. The recipient will receive an email prompting them to claim their gift.

You can cancel a Gift from your order details any time before it's claimed. If canceled, you'll receive a refund. Once the Gift has been claimed, it can no longer be canceled and will be prepared and shipped to the recipient.

To claim a gift:

1. Select Claim your gift from the email or SMS notification.

2. Enter your shipping address. For t-shirts, you'll also select a size.

3. Select Claim my gift. We'll begin producing your gift once it's claimed.
