Not my approved design. Disappointed.

So when my first proof was sent to me one side of the yellow racing stripes was noticeably wider than the other for some reason. It was not this way when I uploaded the image. I did not approve this design and then proceeded to explain the flaw. When I received my second proof the problem was corrected and I was assured they would be even. Having confidence the problem was resolved I approved the design. When I received the tape in the mail I was very disappointed to see they had used the first proof that I did not approve as the image to print the design so it came out flawed. 2 stars out of 5. Disappointed to say the least as now my prosseional packaging looks half professional.
