Forgot to process my order

The labels came out great, however they forgot to post and process my order. I waited a week before I notified them on the status of my stickers, as I had not received a tracking number. They promised it would be at my house on a certain date. A few days later it had not shown. I then emailed asking where they were and I was told "my order was never processed and they are currently making them. A tracking number will be issued soon". I ordered through this company because they promised a faster arrival date, as I needed these quickly before my bands gig. I had no stickers to advertise my project. They at least offered free expedited shipping after the mistake, but what's the point if I already waited 2 weeks for them? Bottom line: make sure you keep on them after your order so they don't forget.
