Beautiful, but there were some mistakes?

I loved how my stickers turned out -- the printing quality was clean and beautiful, and the colors were perfect as well. They even arrived 2 days earlier than expected! However, I ordered glossy stickers but got matte stickers instead. (The matte stickers themselves are still very beautiful, just not what I wanted.)
