Provided a perfect circle, sticker came as an oval

The AI file I provided was a perfect circle. I just opened the box to see that the stickers are an oval shape and it has stretched my logo. I would not use this for any of my packaging as it would lessen the design of my lovely branding. I'm very disappointed, as these stickers are now useless. Had I seen an oval shape when I did my proof, I would have corrected the error. However, it did not, so it's quite disappointing. They shipped and arrived quickly, but that means nothing when the process is sped up so rapidly that useless product is shipped to the customer.
