Meh. After so many A+ experiences with StickerMule decals, the keychains are a D+

My company loves StickerMule decal products, but not these keychains. If I could share a picture, I would. I'll try to explain what the issue is: When we placed our order, we relied on our past experiences, not knowing exactly what to expect. Now we know better. We have never had the experience with StickerMule of its products arriving damaged/defective or feeling cheap. The keychains arrived and several of them had our artwork that was partially torn/detached from the acrylic. The artwork isn't sandwiched between acrylic layers, but attached front-facing to the back of one acrylic piece. This method leaves the artwork exposed on one side, and that is where there is failure. Had the artwork been protected between acrylic on both sides, not only would there be no damage, but the total thickness would have felt less cheap too. The keychains are a cute idea and the artwork is crisp, but my company can't use them all as giveaways since some are damaged, and we have to seriously consider whether the others would pair well with the premium products that we sell.
