Terrific customer service and outstanding product quality!

My proofs were reviewed and personally addressed within a day, and my keychains arrived less than a week later! I am very happy with them - the ink is clear and crisp and the keychains have a robust but super-smooth feel. My only slight complaint is that the protective film is rather difficult to peel off.. but I'd rather it be there for added protection than not.
