Too much damages

Sadly, out of the 30 pins I ordered per design, I was only able to put out and sell 20 pins out of the order. I ordered 30 each for 7 designs. That’s 210 pins and I was only able to put 140. That is 34% lost revenue for me. The acrylics were so poorly made. A small crack would’ve been bearable but these are large ones. I already expected that I would have to restick the pins as they come off easily and I have learned this from my previous orders but what can I do with damaged acrylics and chipped paint? Customer service agents are very accommodating but the products were just awfully bad. I hope to see improvements on this.
